About the app
Turbo Merchants gives businesses fast local shipping by connecting the customer directly to the delivery captain and the branch holding the parcel. Merchants request shipments and missions, then follow each parcel's state through notifications when it is delivered, postponed or returned.
What I worked on
- Developed and maintained the Turbo suite — Merchants, Captain, Attendance and Tracker — serving up to 50k users.
- Led the mobile team: code reviews, coding standards and store release cycles.
- Streamlined CI/CD with Fastlane and GitHub Actions, eliminating manual deployment steps.
