About the app

The passenger app for Saudi Arabia Railways' North and East lines. Riders book and manage train tickets, pick between ticket types and add travel extras, in an experience rebuilt to make booking and managing journeys faster.

What I worked on

• Diagnosed and resolved critical production bugs at 3M+ active-user scale, reaching 99% crash-free sessions measured in Sentry.
• Engineered the Shipment Module end-to-end, improving logistics tracking accuracy and reducing manual operational overhead.
• Designed a multi-ticket bundling system that streamlined package booking operations.
• Hardened the app with SSL pinning, code obfuscation and root/jailbreak detection.
