About the app

JOE MI is a digital system for managing and tracking promoter and merchandiser activity in detail — location, check-in and check-out, sales, stock and out-of-stock, competitors, gallery, voice of customer and journey plan.

What I worked on

• Built the app end to end, covering scheduling, task tracking and reporting.
• Implemented real-time GPS tracking with Firebase Realtime Database for live fleet visibility.
